Issues Viewing PDFs?

Our reports and factsheets are provided in PDF format. Some older browser versions may have problems viewing these files, for example displaying a blank page rather than the document.

An example of this problem with the Firefox Browser is documented here :

In order to resolve this problem you can :

1. Switch to a different browser

2. Edit the browser addins that you have installed and remove the ‘PDF Viewer’ plugin. This will force the browser to use the default viewer that does not have this issue.
