The 8IP Asia Pacific Equity Fund offers investors in the United Kingdom and South Africa access to a diversified portfolio of equities from across the Asia Pacific region (including Japan).
The investment objective of the Fund is to provide long-term capital growth. It achieves this by investing in companies listed on regulated stock exchanges in Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand. It can also invest in companies that are listed in other markets but which have their principal business activities in the Asia Pacific region.
The Fund is an open-ended umbrella type investment company with segregated liability between its Funds authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland (the “Central Bank“) as an undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities pursuant to the Regulations.
